Position : Senior Buyer

Location : Dammam second industrial city
Working days : 5 days per week
Working hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including 1-hour break)
About the Company :
Job Purpose
The Senior Buyer is responsible for managing procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services required by SKM. The role ensures cost‑effective purchasing, maintains strong supplier relationships, and supports production and operations by securing timely and quality supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories (HVAC components, raw materials, spare parts, etc.)
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery
- Review purchase requisitions and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders
- Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base (local and international)
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Track orders and ensure on‑time delivery to support production schedules
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify savings opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Resolve supply issues, discrepancies, and claims with suppliers
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Familiarity with procurement systems or digital purchasing platforms (any system‑based workflow is a plus)
