Guest Experience Specialist — Bookings & Care
Gathern
Gathern is looking for a friendly and organized Guest Care Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a positive experience during their interactions with the company.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product recommendations, and assisting with bookings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
