Real Estate Valuation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage property valuations for multiple purposes including financial reporting, investment decisions, sales, and acquisitions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of valuers, providing guidance and support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Deliver high‑quality valuations that meet client needs and organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals and brand reputation.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting property valuations.
• Coordinate and manage multiple valuation projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate valuation.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in property valuation across various purposes (sales, acquisitions, financial reporting, etc.).

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Membership with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers is preferred.
• Membership with MRICS or any equivalent license is a must.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in valuation software and tools. Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Salary Range: 15,000 SAR – 30,000 SAR (Basic, Housing, Transportation)
