We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing files, processing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Key responsibilities include preparing professional documents, assisting with data entry, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and supporting senior management with day-to-day administrative duties while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
