Assistant Butcher

Description
Job Description:
Assist the Butcher in cutting, trimming, portioning, and preparing meat and poultry.
Receive, inspect, and store meat products according to proper storage procedures.
Operate knives, slicers, mincers, and other butchery equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery area, tools, and equipment.
Follow portion control, quality, and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
Minimize waste and ensure proper handling of meat products.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in butchery, catering, hotel, restaurant, or food production operations.
Good knowledge of meat preparation and cutting techniques.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Location: Saudi Arabia
