Business Studies Teacher

Saud International School is seeking a qualified and dedicated Business Studies Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging business studies lessons, developing students’ understanding of business concepts and real-world commercial practices, and contributing positively to the academic environment of the school. The position is open to experienced business studies teachers, and the final grade assignment will be based on the school’s academic requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in business studies, effective classroom teaching skills, and the ability to help students understand key business concepts, entrepreneurship, economics-related business principles, and organizational practices through clear instruction and practical examples. The teacher will be expected to prepare well-structured lessons, support students’ academic progress, and work closely with the academic team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver engaging business studies lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and academic expectations.

Teach business-related concepts clearly and effectively, including business organization, marketing, finance, human resources, operations, entrepreneurship, and other relevant topics according to the assigned grade level.

Plan lessons, worksheets, activities, case studies, presentations, assessments, and learning resources that support student understanding.

Encourage students to develop analytical thinking, decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of real-world business practices.

Maintain effective classroom management and promote a respectful, focused, and positive learning environment.

Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.

Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, assignments, and student progress.

Use the school’s LMS and academic systems as required.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, coordinators, and school leadership when needed.

Participate in school activities, academic meetings, events, and professional development sessions.

Contribute positively to the academic culture and values of Saud International School.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Education, or a related field.

Teaching qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.

Strong subject knowledge in business studies.

Experience in teaching business studies in an international school environment is an advantage.

Ability to explain business concepts clearly to students of different learning levels.

Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to integrate practical examples, case studies, and discussions into teaching.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow school policies and academic procedures.
