Job Purpose

Drive sales growth in Riyadh by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, lead follow-up, and market research.

3. Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.

4. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and services.

5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.

6. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.

7. Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, orders, and customer documentation.

8. Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requests.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

10. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback in the Riyadh market.

11. Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely order fulfillment.

12. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required.

13. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on pipeline performance and market opportunities.

14. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, credit procedures, and applicable regulations.

15. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, sales events, exhibitions, and other business activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Experience in the Riyadh market and knowledge of local customer segments is preferred.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within Riyadh, when required.

• Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
