Analyzer Technician Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Analyzer Technician Specialist – Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and calibrate a variety of analytical instruments to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot analyzer issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules based on manufacturers' specifications and best practices.
- Interpret technical documentation, including data sheets, vendor manuals, and schematic diagrams.
- Actively participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operations staff.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and performance metrics for analyzers.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve analyzer performance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in analytical instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Analyzer Technician in the Oil & Energy industry.
- Extensive knowledge of analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, and spectroscopy equipment.
Technical Expertise
- Proficient with ABB gas chromatograph PGC5000A
- Proficient with AMETEK (IPS4, 888, 920 & 931)
- Proficient with MERCURY PSA NATURAL GAS ONLINE Hg
- Proficient with moisture analyzers: OPTEK C4221 Converter / TF16-EX-HT-N, MICHELL QMA601 / QMA601-SYS-I, EA-XP-TX / ES70G-I, EASI DEW RPO XP, GE PANAMETRICSMOISTURE IQ, ICON HC CONDENSATE
- Proficient with HACH B3500C (Total Organic Carbon)
- Proficient with OXYGEN sensors: SERVOMEX SERVOTOUGH OXY1900, SERVOMEX LASER3 PLUS 7930
- Proficient with DURAG D-R 290 & LASERCEM, D-R 290 & D-FL 100
- Proficient with HOBRE WINCOMPASS XPRESCHLORINE, ABB AW40 Advanced Sensor, X-One-DP OPTEK C4221 Converter / TF16-EX-HT-N
- Proficient with BARTEC ORB P-700-1600 ANALYTICAL SYS
- Proficient with KECO 205HV SERVOMEX SPECTRAEXACT2500 (CEMS - CO2)
