Job Description

At SLS The Red Sea, creativity is at the heart of every experience we create. As a Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in bringing the SLS brand to life through bold, innovative, and visually engaging designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will transform concepts and brand stories into compelling visual experiences that inspire guests, support commercial objectives, and reflect the distinctive personality of SLS. From digital campaigns and social media content to event materials and in-property communications, your creativity will help shape how the brand is experienced and remembered.

• Create and deliver engaging visual content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms in line with SLS brand standards.
• Design marketing materials including social media assets, digital campaigns, eDMs, brochures, flyers, menus, event collateral, and in-property signage.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to translate briefs into impactful design outputs.
• Create motion graphics, short-form videos, animations, and digital content for social media, events, and guest-facing platforms.
• Edit and enhance video content through animation, typography, visual effects, and creative storytelling techniques.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints while maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines.
• Support F&B, Events, Spa, and Rooms teams with customized promotional materials and branded creative assets.
• Assist with photo and video shoots including styling, creative direction, image selection, and post-production editing.li>
• Retouch, resize, and adapt visual assets for different platforms and communication channels.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external creative partners to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Revenue and E-Commerce teams to develop visually engaging assets that support conversion and commercial performance.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital content formats, animation techniques, and luxury lifestyle aesthetics.
• Suggest new creative approaches, technologies, and formats to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for efficient team access.
• Represent SLS The Red Sea with creativity, professionalism, and a passion for storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, storytelling, and motion content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and digital formats.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from Marketing & Communications leadership.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
