Admin Officer

Urgent Hiring! Admin Officer (Female Only) Region: Riyadh (Riyadh) 2-5yrs BS Degree or College with Diploma or Secondary School with Diploma with Training and Certificate College Degree with Diploma or BS Degree or Secondary School with Diploma with Training Certificate 3-5 Years Min Experience (with Certificate). Preferred with Driver License ? Fluent in both English, Arabic and (Prefer can speak multi-language) Age, 25-45-years old. Familiar with Saudi Labor Law and Client Standard like Diriyah Willing to Assign in Diriyah Area, Riyadh, Central Region. Strong and Effective in both ORAL and Phone Communication with both Client and Other 3rd Party. Excellent in Discussion and Interpersonal Abilities. Technical understanding relevant to the industry. Technical understanding relevant to the industry. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. Experience in an HR or office environment. Strong organizational Skills and Attention to Detail. High Level of Confidentiality. Proficiency with Compauter and MS Office. Effective in preparing minutes of meeting during progress meeting and internal meeting. Knowledgeable and provides essential support to the HR department by managing employee records, handling recruitment logistics, processing payroll/benefits, and serving as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and confidentiality across the employee lifecycle. They manage documentation, support onboarding, assist with training, and ensure compliance with policies, acting as the backbone for HR functions. Experience and responsible with Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding paperwork. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and pension data. Employee Support: Answer employee questions about policies, attendance, leave, and company culture; act as the initial contact for HR matters. Documentation: Prepare contracts, onboarding guides, and other essential HR documents. Policy and Compliance: Help ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies. HR Projects: Support special HR initiatives, data analysis, and policy development. HR Information Systems. Coordinate training administration. Handle internal and external HR communications. write the subject " Application for Admin Officer."
