People Operations Leader — HR, Culture & Compliance

A leading food hall management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a GRO / People Operations Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure labor law compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to enhance employee experience. Key responsibilities include recruitment, HR policy development, and driving engagement initiatives to support a high-performing workforce.
