Global Structural Dept Lead — BIM & Design Excellence

Dar Al Riyadh Group seeks a qualified Head of Department (HOD) – Structural to lead a high-performing design function across projects in Riyadh. The role demands technical excellence and leadership capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have 18–25+ years in engineering consultancy, a strong track record in international project management, and proficiency in digital tools such as Autodesk Revit. Strong leadership and client management skills are essential.
