A Day in the Life

As an Intern under the Training Academys leadership you will support training and education initiatives in Robotic Assisted Surgery across the EMEA region.
Youll gain experience in planning organizing and executing training events collaborating with customers on curriculum development and tracking outcomes.

Internship details:
Start date: August / September 2026
Work model: hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend
Location: Riyadh

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support proctorship logistics and coordination
Liaise with the coordinator and Event team to ensure each event is secured from all aspects
Provide on-site support in preparation for robotic events
Connect with the West Europa team and act as a liaison in the execution of collaborative robotic projects

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Marketing Paramedical Studies Business Project / Event Management or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic
Good knowledge of MS Office (Teams Excel SharePoint)
Customer-focused mindset

Would be a plus:
Experience supporting event management activities
University coursework in human anatomy
