Senior Cost Engineer - Infrastructure Estimating & Budgeting
Dormont Manufacturing Co
Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Cost Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. You will support the Senior Cost Manager by implementing robust cost control and estimating practices across multiple active and future projects.
The role involves developing cost estimates, analyzing budgets and variances, tracking progress against baselines, and maintaining cost databases and reports within a PMO environment, liaising with the Client, PMCMs, contractors, and stakeholders.
