Travel Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Job Opportunity: Travel Ticketing and Reservation Officer Region: Buraidah We are seeking an experienced Travel Ticketing and Reservation Officer. We are looking for Pakistani or Bengali nationals, with a strong preference for Bengali candidates. As we serve a diverse clientele, the candidate must be capable of coordinating with and assisting Arabic-speaking customers effectively. Key Requirements: Nationality: Pakistani or Bengali National (Bengali preferred). GDS Expertise: Full proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus (Booking, Ticketing, Re-issuance, and Refunds). Portal Proficiency: Proven experience with flydubai (FZ), Air Arabia (G9), and other LCC portals. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Ability to communicate with and handle Arabic-speaking customers is a major requirement for this role. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a travel agency environment. Primary Responsibilities: Managing flight reservations and ticketing via Amadeus and Galileo. Handling daily bookings on FZ, G9, and other airline portals. Directly coordinating with Arabic customers to provide travel solutions, itinerary advice, and visa information. Processing ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds with high accuracy.tly.
