Sales Executive Industrial Products (Dammam, Saudi) Region: Dammam (JUBAIL, KHOBAR) Job Title: Sales Executive Industrial Products (Equipment Lifting, Welding, Power tools, PPE and Pumps) Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Company: Onshore Technical Job Purpose: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive tlead our Industrial Products division in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new business, and managing key customer relationships in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Ability to make a business plan and achieve and exceed assigned individual sales targets. Develop new business by identifying and adding active end users with ongoing projects across Saudi Arabia. Promote and register the company's represented brands with major customers, contractors, and industrial end users. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and project owners. Achieve monthly and Annual sales targets. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports using ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order execution. Adhere tall company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Any related activity assignment by the Line Manager / HOD. Requirements: Minimum 3+ Years of Industrial Products (Equipment Lifting, Welding, Power tools, PPE and Pumps) Sales experience in DAMMAM / JUBAIL / KHOBAR, KSA. Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in industrial sales within Saudi Arabia. Previous sales experience in one or more of the following product categories: Lifting equipment. Chain blocks, lever hoists, lifting winches. Rigging hardware and lifting tools. Welding machines. Welding consumables and PPE. Welding accessories and PPE. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian industrial, construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing markets. Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple sales tasks. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to work in a multicultural environment with Team. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and motivate team members of different nationalities. Valid Saudi Arabian driving licence. Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
