Strategic Procurement and Inventory Planner
Dallah Albaraka Holding Co
- Follow all relevant Logistics and Procurement instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follow day-to-day operations related to Logistics and Procurement to ensure continuity of work.
- Assess operational requirements and ensure the availability of material quantities to support operations.
- Forecast inventory requirements for departments to ensure materials are readily available.
- Resolve complex purchasing issues escalated from buyers while considering cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of goods with the required quality, price, and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and monitor inventory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Good English language knowledge.
Professional and Behavioral Competencies
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
