Know Your Client (KYC) Operator role

The KYC Operator focuses on client onboarding (COB) and exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions. The role provides regular communication to senior stakeholders on changes in KYC, Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) areas, ensuring required changes are implemented with minimal disruptions. The operator also assists our clients by managing all KYC and account opening requirements with appropriate governance and controls, operating within SOPs and OLAs to achieve accurate and timely account opening to support trade execution.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact/Subject Matter Expert for KYC for Investment Banking and Corporate Banking clients
• Collect and corroborate KYC/AML documentation to perform due diligence meeting local regulatory and DB policy requirements
• Coordinate and actively manage KYC cases between various stakeholders (Business, AFC, offshore centers)
• Support completion of new client adoptions, regular reviews and event‑driven reviews
• Work as part of a team to achieve and optimize productivity and quality service level agreements with clients and business
