IT Manager / Supervisor (PSJ009/F)

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager / IT Supervisor to oversee and support IT operations across retail locations. The role includes managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network stability, and supporting POS systems. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, implement system improvements, and ensure data security and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements
- Age between 21 and 40 years
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred)
- Fluent in English communication
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system support
- Experience with POS systems and retail IT environments preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Basic knowledge of data security and system maintenance
- Team handling experience for supervisor or manager level
