The Role

The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory management, team leadership, and operational compliance. The successful candidate will create a high-performing retail environment while ensuring the store consistently achieves its commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail store operations and overall store performance.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and customer service targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop store employees.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Ensure merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor operational expenses and store budgets.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Prepare operational and commercial reports for regional management.
• Foster a customer-focused and performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of retail experience, including store management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead retail teams and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• Experience using retail management systems.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
