Legal Director - Defence & Aerospace

A rare opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Trade Controls Lawyer to join a leading organisation in the defence and advanced manufacturing sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior-level position advising on a wide range of complex international trade controls matters, spanning export controls, economic sanctions, customs and import/export regulations, licensing and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be central to supporting the organisation's international operations and strategic growth initiatives, while ensuring compliance as global trade regulations continue to evolve.
Applicants should bring substantial experience advising on international trade controls, export controls, sanctions and related regulatory matters, ideally within the defence, aerospace or advanced manufacturing sectors. Experience advising on, or working with, US, UK, EU and other international trade control regimes will be highly advantageous. Ideally, candidates will have at least 10 years' post-qualification experience and be a Saudi qualified Lawyer.
