Pre-Sales & Technical Engineer - KSA

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide technical support for DAS & Elmech products across customers, projects, and internal teams.


• Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with Sales and System Integrators on proposals, technical solutions, and demonstrations, including Proof of Concepts (POCs).


• Prepare and review technical documentation such as BOQs, submittals, specifications, compliance documents, and installation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Coordinate with Sales teams on quotation preparation and ensure alignment with technical requirements.


• Conduct compliance checks in line with project specifications, certifications, and regulatory standards in coordination with Technical Sales and Product Manager.


• Support tender processes, including clarifications and submissions, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met.


• Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to sales teams, partners, and customers to enhance product understanding and application.


• Maintain and update technical documentation, certifications, and product-related materials to support market needs and positioning.


• Support product demonstrations, site surveys, and technical evaluations to drive solution adoption.


• Ensure technical accuracy and consistency in all project submissions and customer deliverables.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, lifecycle activities, and market feedback collection.


• Monitor project and product-related activities, identifying risks and supporting corrective actions where required.


• Contribute to post-award technical support, including implementation guidance and customer assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent


• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Access Control/ Electromechanical products


• Negotiation, organization and planning


• Excellent command in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)


• Excellent communication & analytical skills


• fluent in spoken and written English
