Charge Nurse - Emergency Room (ER)

• Lead and supervise the ER nursing team during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assess, prioritize, and monitor critically ill or injured patients using triage principles.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist during emergency procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver timely treatment.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
• Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources based on patient acuity.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.
• Mentor, support, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting continuous professional development.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, trauma cases, and disaster situations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Charge Nurse with the last 2 years of experience in the same area
• Nurse Specialist License
• Dataflow and Mumaris+
  
• Nationality: Saudi and Western
  
• Age requirement: Less than 40 years old
  
• Female
  
• Preferably deployable within 3 months
