About Us:

Geo Tires supplies Off-the-Road (OTR) tires for industrial and construction machinery, alongside TBR and PCR tires, to contractors, mining and construction fleets, and tire dealers across Saudi Arabia. We are growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to open new accounts and build lasting customer relationships.

The Role
You will identify, approach, and win B2B customers who buy OTR tires for loaders, graders, dozers, excavators, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment. You will own the process from first contact to quotation to repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads among contractors, quarries, mines, equipment rental companies, and tire dealers
- Visit sites, workshops, and yards to understand customers' tire needs and buying cycles
- Prepare quotations and offers, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Match the right tire size and type (e.g. 17.5-25, 20.5-25, 23.5-25, 26.5-25) to the customer's machine and application
- Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track market prices, competitor activity, and demand trends
- Report weekly on leads, quotations, and closed deals using our CRM or spreadsheets

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience; experience in tires, heavy equipment, spare parts, or construction supplies is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of heavy machinery and tire specifications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Comfortable with field visits and a valid Saudi driving license
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and quotation preparation
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organized
