Why this role matters

Pipeline is the fuel for everything else. Without a steady flow of qualified conversations, even the best Account Executives and the best product have nothing to work with.

The SDR is often the first person a prospect talks to at Sawt - the tone set in that first conversation becomes the tone of the whole relationship.

Get this right, and Account Executives spend their time closing well-qualified deals instead of chasing cold leads, and momentum continues to ramp up within our commercial team.

What you'll do

Pipeline generation

• Target accounts and contacts become a structured list worth pursuing.
• Outbound outreach - calls, emails, social - turns cold contacts into real conversations.
• Inbound interest gets followed up fast, and properly qualified before it moves forward.

Qualification & handoff

• A conversation becomes a qualified opportunity, with the right context handed to the Account Executive team.
• Early objections and questions get handled well enough that a prospect stays engaged.
• Meetings get booked and shown up to.

Feedback & improvement

• What's working - and what isn't - in outreach gets tracked and shared.
• Messaging and targeting get refined based on real response patterns.
• What prospects ask, push back on, and compare Sawt to flows back to sales and marketing.
