Responsibilities

• Manages one or more moderately complex projects, involving a combination of the following:
• Clients with a regional geographic footprint;
• Projects involving multiple services provided by regional IE offices;
• Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects from inception through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
• Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
• Supervises senior‑level engineers across all applicable disciplines, as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement representatives.
• Provides mentoring and professional development guidance to junior and mid‑level engineering staff to foster technical growth and career advancement.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews and technical audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Manages client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Oversees budget allocation, resource planning, and cost control measures to optimize project profitability and operational efficiency.
• Identifies, assesses, and implements risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and technical challenges.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable KSA regulations, environmental protection standards, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
• Prepares comprehensive project documentation, reports, and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance project delivery methodologies and team performance.
