Night Auditor

We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Night Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction at our hotel.

• Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts ensuring all charges are correctly posted
• Provide exceptional customer service during checkin checkout and throughout the night shift
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees
• Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished
• Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
• Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (essential)
• Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures
• Guestcentric mindset with excellent customer service skills
• Adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Problemsolving abilities and critical thinking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Valid work visa for expatriates (if applicable)
