Government Relations Officer

Description
The Government Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for managing all government-related activities for the Transportation Department, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, and coordinating vehicle and driver documentation with relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1.Process and renew vehicle registrations, licenses, and transportation permits.
2.Coordinate with the Transport General Authority (TGA), Traffic Police (Moroor), and other government authorities.
3.Handle documentation related to company vehicles, drivers, and transportation operations.
4.Monitor the validity of vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits, ensuring timely renewals.
5.Process traffic violation-related documentation and vehicle ownership transfers when required.
6.Maintain accurate records of transportation-related government transactions.
7.Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation regulations and company policies.
8.Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Transportation Department.
Qualifications
Saudi National (Required).
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in government relations or transportation administration.
Valid Saudi driving license.
