Global Luxury Sales Director - Pre-Open Resort

FAENA The Red Sea seeks an accomplished Director of Sales to lead the resort’s global sales strategy and drive revenue growth across international luxury markets.

Collaborating with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations, you will build long-term client partnerships, guide a high‑performing sales team, and expand presence in Leisure, Corporate, Entertainment and MICE segments. This role demands strategic vision and a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
