Sales Coordinator

Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and the ability to understand customer
requirements.
• Experience in preparing quotations, following up on RFQs, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and processing sales orders.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
• Process purchase orders and maintain sales documentation.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Sales Coordinator role.
