Field HSE Lead: Drilling Safety & Environment
Eram Talent
Eram Talent is seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to support Saudi Aramco Upstream Drilling & Workover Operations by ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements, drilling standards, and regulatory obligations on assigned rigs.
The role serves as the field HSE focal point, conducting audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and continuous safety improvements while mentoring rigs' foremen and safety officers to strengthen leadership and performance.
