Procurement and Logistics Executive Region: Dammam (Dammam, 3rd Industrial City) We’re Hiring Logistics and Procurement Coordinator We are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end import and export operations. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers. Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and international trade requirements. Track shipments and resolve logistics issues proactively. Support the procurement team with supplier follow-up, purchase orders, and delivery coordination. Maintain accurate logistics and procurement records. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Requirements: Saudi National Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, and procurement support. Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
