ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client operates within the construction sector supporting large-scale site operations and project delivery across the region. They are known for maintaining high standards in execution coordination and operational efficiency.
ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized Site Admin & Progress Coordinator to support day-to-day site operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate tracking of workforce attendance materials and project progress while providing reliable reporting to support project management and decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented strong in data handling and comfortable working in a dynamic site environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily attendance tracking for site workers and subcontractors (biometric or manual)
- Record and monitor material deliveries consumption and inventory levels
- Collect and compile daily and weekly progress data from site supervisors
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports using MS Excel
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of site activities
- Coordinate between site teams to ensure smooth information flow
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site administration or construction coordination
- Prior experience working on construction sites in Saudi Arabia is required
Skills & Attributes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in site conditions including high temperatures
- Reliable disciplined and proactive
