SABIS International School requires highly knowledgeable High School Physics Teachers to deliver complex scientific theories, manage active laboratory sessions, and ensure older students achieve top grades in their final examinations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare interesting visual presentations to explain difficult topics like electricity, magnetism, and quantum mechanics clearly.
- Mix safe chemical solutions and arrange heavy microscopes carefully before the afternoon practical science classes begin.
- Grade weekly physics quizzes fairly and write detailed academic warning letters for students who are failing the subject.
- Supervise noisy teenage students strictly during the outdoor lunch break to stop any dangerous running or fighting in the courtyard.
Qualifications
- Scientific Degree: A formal Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics alongside a recognized teaching diploma is strictly required for the Saudi Ministry of Education approval.
- Classroom Control: Speaking with a loud and confident voice to keep forty energetic teenagers completely quiet and focused during a difficult lecture.
- Safety Focus: Holding basic first‑aid training to act quickly if a student accidentally drops a hot glass beaker inside the active science laboratory.
