يعلن معهد متخصص في تقديم الكورسات والدبلومات التعليمية بمدينة جدة عن حاجته إلى مدير معهد تدريب يمتلك خبرة في الإدارة والتنظيم والتشغيل، للإشراف على سير العمل وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتعليمية للمعهد .
المهام والمسؤوليات :
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمعهد والإشراف على سير العمل .
- تنظيم الجداول التدريبية والتنسيق مع المدربين والمتدربين .
- إجراء مقابلات التوظيف واختيار الكفاءات المناسبة .
- التفاوض وإبرام الاتفاقيات مع المدربين والجهات المتعاونة .
- متابعة أداء الموظفين والمدربين وتوزيع المهام .
- الإشراف على التسجيل وخدمة المتدربين ومتابعة الشكاوى والاستفسارات .
- إعداد التقارير الإدارية والتشغيلية الدورية .
- متابعة تنفيذ الخطط التسويقية والمساهمة في زيادة أعداد المتدربين .
- التأكد من الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وتحقيق معايير الجودة .
- القيام بأي مهام إدارية أو تشغيلية مرتبطة بإدارة المعهد .
المؤهلات والمتطلبات :
- مؤهل جامعي مناسب .
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في إدارة أو تشغيل معهد تدريبي أو جهة تعليمية .
- خبرة جيدة في إجراء المقابلات والتفاوض وعقد الاتفاقيات .
- مهارات قوية في الإدارة والتنظيم وحل المشكلات .
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة .
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أكثر من مهمة .
- يُفضّل الإلمام بأنظمة ومعايير التدريب في المملكة العربية السعودية .
- الإقامة في مدينة جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها .
