Government Relations Officer

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Government Relations Officer to join their Riyadh office. This position is suited to someone who is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for navigating complex governmental landscapes. To qualify, you must be a Saudi national who is bilingual in Arabic and English and ready to play a vital role in supporting the firm's regulatory and governmental engagements. The Role: • This is more than just a liaison position — you’ll be the cornerstone of the firm’s interaction with government and regulatory bodies across the Kingdom. • Working closely with the Managing Partner and Office Manager, your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with all governmental requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and process visa applications for new joiners and their dependents. • Assist with the renewal of office licenses and certificates. • Manage payments to government-related vendors. • Handle administrative and client service tasks requiring visits to government agencies. • Provide document delivery support when needed. • Take on additional tasks as assigned to support efficient office operations.

Requirements

• KSA National and fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize competing tasks. • A team player with strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor. • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism. • Flexible, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
