We are seeking qualified and experienced subcontractors for our ongoing project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the following works:
CHW Piping Works
Carbon Steel CHW Pipe Installation (Grooved/Coupling System)
Pipe Supports and Hangers Installation
Valves, Strainers and Accessories Installation
Pressure Testing, Flushing and Commissioning Assistance
Thermal Insulation Works
HVAC Ducting Works
GI Duct Fabrication and Installation
Duct Supports and Accessories Installation
VAV, FD, FSD and Damper Installation
Air Distribution System Installation
Testing and Balancing Assistance
Plumbing Works
Water Supply Piping Systems
PPR, HDPE and uPVC Installation
Drainage, Soil, Waste and Vent Piping
Testing and Commissioning
Electrical Works
Power and Lighting Systems
Cable Tray and Trunking Installation
Conduit and Cable Pulling Works
Testing and Commissioning
Requirements:
Experienced manpower and supervision team
Proven experience in commercial, hospitality or high-rise projects
Ability to mobilize immediately
Compliance with project quality and safety requirements
