On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh .
Task/ Job Summary :
Welcoming and guiding visitors, managing crowd flow, and ensuring a smooth and organized visitor experience.
Providing information and assistance to visitors while monitoring the area and following safety and event procedures.
Job description:
Welcome and guide visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Monitor and manage visitor flow to maintain an organized environment.
Provide visitors with information and assistance when needed.
Monitor the assigned area and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Coordinate with the team to address crowd-related issues and maintain a smooth visitor experience.
Requirements
Saudi national.
Available throughout the event period.
Previous experience is preferred.
Intermediate English proficiency.
