IT Sales Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Agent to join our team on a commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or technology products and will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the IT industry, can identify potential clients, confidently communicate the value of technology solutions, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for IT services and technology solutions
* Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, networking, and other lead-generation activities*
* Prospect and approach potential clients who require software development, AI solutions, web/mobile development, IT consulting, and other technology services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
* Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services*
* Conduct sales presentations, discovery calls, and product/service demonstrations
* Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements
* Negotiate with prospects and effectively close deals
* Manage the complete sales cycle from *lead generation to client conversion
* Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM/IT tools
* Research market trends, competitors, and potential industries to identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with technical and internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
* Consistently work toward achieving sales and revenue targets
Requirements
* Proven experience in *B2B IT Sales, Technology Sales, Software Sales, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of the IT services and software industry
* Experience selling services such as Software Development, AI/ML, Web & Mobile Development, SaaS, IT Consulting, or related technology solutions is highly preferred
* Strong lead-generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and business-friendly manner
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
* Proficiency in *CRM systems, LinkedIn, MS Office, Google Workspace, and other sales tools
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities
