A Day in the Life

As an Educator for our Professional Products Division, you will be the driving force behind empowering salon professionals across Jeddah. You’ll work closely with our Commercial and Education teams to elevate the skills, knowledge, and business success of our salon partners.

In This Role, You Will

• Empower Through Education: Design and lead dynamic training sessions for salon professionals—in-salon, at our academy, or online—to master our products, services, and cutting‑edge techniques.
• Drive Business Growth: Partner with our clients to boost their salon's turnover by enhancing their technical abilities and improving their retail sell‑out strategies.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody and convey the values of L’Oréal Professionnel, ensuring an exceptional brand experience for every stylist and their clients.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our Business Partners to develop tailored education plans and onboard new partner salons, ensuring their success from day one.

We Are Looking For

You are a great match for this role if you are a skilled hairdressing professional ready to inspire others. We're looking for someone who combines technical mastery with a gift for teaching and a drive to help others succeed.

• You are a highly experienced hairdresser with a deep understanding of salon services, especially hair color.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic, to connect with a diverse audience.
• You are female, as this role requires you to work within female‑only institutions.
• You have a collaborative spirit and thrive on partnering with both clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
