Position : Outbound Sales Professional
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm US Eastern
Pay Range : USD 1,600 per month

A B2B SaaS company focused on delivering innovative solutions to the trucking industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make 300-400 outbound calls per week (~50-60 calls per day) targeting trucking industry prospects.
Conduct follow-ups and administrative tasks related to calls and demos.
Use HubSpot CRM and OpenPhone for call management and tracking.
Book and manage demos, handling prospects from initial contact through the sales process.
Participate in daily check-ins during onboarding, then weekly one-on-one meetings via Zoom with the Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively with the team using Slack and Zoom.
Demonstrate ownership by taking full responsibility for booked demos and client follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
Mid-level sales experience is preferred; strong junior candidates with a good work ethic are welcome.
Fluent in English with clear communication skills; some accent is acceptable.
Passionate about or curious about the trucking industry and eager to learn industry language.
Coachable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a startup-like environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
