- مراقب جودة إجراء الفحوصات الدورية المنتجات النهائية و نقاط الإنتاج.
- مراقبة تطبيق إجراءات النظافة الشخصية والعامة داخل المنشأ.
- التأكد من التزام العاملين ارتداء أدوات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).
- مراجعة سجلات درجات الحرارة و التخزين والتأكد من مطابقا.
- رفع التقارير اليومية عن حالات عدم المطابقة و اتخاذ الإجراءات الصحيحة.
- المشاركة في تطبيق برامج التتبع والاسترجاع.
- التنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج والإشراف لضمان الجودة في كل مرحلة.
- المساهمة في تطبيق خطط التدريب الداخلي بسلامة الغذاء.
- دعم الجاهزية عمليات التفتيش وال مراجعات الداخلية و الخارجية.
- الالتزام ب توثيق الأعمال وفقا لأنظمة الجودة.
- قيادة فريق مراقبة الجودة وتوزيع المهام اليومية عليهم.
- الإشراف على تطبيق نظم الجودة و سلامة الغذاء (HACCP، ISO، GMP).
- مراجعة التقارير الجودة اليومية وتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى تصحيح ومعالجة المشاكل المتعلقة الجودة.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلية دورية و متابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيح.
- التأكد من تدريب الموظفين على متطلب ات الجودة النظافة الشخصية.
- إعداد التقارير الأداء المتعلقة ب الجودة ورفع ها للإدارة.
- التفاعل مع الجهات الرقابة المفتشون الخارجيون خلال الزيارات الرسمية.
- تحديث ملفات الجودة والتأكد من توثيق العمليات بما يتوافق مع المعايير.
- دعم ثقافة الجودة المستدامة داخل بيئة العمل في مطابخ الإعاشة الشركات
