Urgently Needed: Female Personal Assistant. Region: Jeddah. Job Description: Female Personal Assistant. Position Title: Personal Assistant. Reports To: Executive/Manager. Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional female personal assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive/manager. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain confidentiality, and handle diverse responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive. 2. Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands and tasks, including shopping, event planning, and household management. Organize and oversee personal and professional events or activities. Maintain an updated record of personal documents, memberships, and subscriptions. 3. Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff, clients, or external parties. Monitor and follow up on projects, deadlines, and tasks to ensure timely completion. Research and gather information for decision-making purposes. 4. Confidentiality and discretion: handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Anticipate the needs of the executive and act proactively to address them. 5. General Assistance: Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for easy access to information. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed. Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role. Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools. Key Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and resourceful with problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Work Environment and Conditions: Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed. Availability to travel occasionally for business or personal purposes.
