Senior Specialist Digitalization Digital Plant (m/f/d)

Unsere Einheit GDD/D – Digitalisierung der Produktion implementiert digitale Technologien und Anwendungen in Produktionsanlagen. Dadurch steigern wir die Produktionseffektivität und machen Prozesse effizienter und sicherer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Du implementierst digitale Technologien und Anwendungen in Chemieanlagen, um Arbeitsprozesse zu verbessern und die Produktionseffizienz zu steigern.
- Als Teil des globalen Digital Plant Teams koordinierst du die Erstellung eines digital vernetzten Abbilds einer realen Anlage – des sogenannten digitalen Zwillings. Dieser ermöglicht zukünftige Anwendungsfälle wie Augmented Reality oder künstliche Intelligenz.
- Du digitalisierst reale Anlagen, indem du nach einem standardisierten Verfahren validierte 2D- und 3D-Daten erstellst.
- Du implementierst die notwendige Technologie, digitale Workflows und Rollen in der gesamten Organisation einer Anlage sowie bei den jeweiligen Dienstleistern.
- Du leitest Nutzer an, digitale Methoden und Prozesse während des gesamten Asset-Lebenszyklus einzusetzen, um Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten zu senken und die Qualität in Engineering, Bau, Brownfield-Projekten, Anlagenmodifikationen, Wartung, TARM und Betrieb zu steigern.
- Du unterstützt das Change Management, begleitest Trainings und Coachings zu benutzerfreundlichen Tools und verbesserten digitalen Prozessen.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masterabschluss in Chemie-/Verfahrenstechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Planung oder Bau von Chemieanlagen
- Erfahrung im Einsatz digitaler Tools und Methoden in datengetriebenen Engineering-Projekten
- Sehr gute Projektmanagement- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und agilen Methoden
- Wille und Fähigkeit, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, sowie unternehmerischer Geist
- Kreative und motivierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Innovationsfokus
- Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in multikulturellen und virtuellen Teams
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
