Job description:
- Receiving and assisting customers in a friendly and professional way and providing a high level of service
Provide instructions and advice on products
- Responding to customer inquiries and problems and providing appropriate solutions in time
Provide allocated recommendations based on customer needs, their preferences, and purchasing power
Provide advice and support in choosing the appropriate product for the customer
Achieving sales goals by displaying and selling products and services
- Knowledge of current offers, and explain the features and benefits of products
- Contributing to achieving the general goals of the company and enhancing customer experience
Work closely with the work team to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
