Loss Prevention Supervisor - Saudi Talent

Job Title: Loss Prevention Supervisor
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and committed Security Professionals who want to advance their careers.
Role Overview: As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be responsible for protecting and safeguarding all hotel guests, employees, their belongings, and hotel assets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising other Security Officers and conducting briefings.
- Assigning duties as per the instructions from the Security Manager.
- Preparing duty rosters and conducting departmental orientation for new employees.
- Coordinating with local police and CID if required.
- Checking the property daily for damages or incidents.
- Guarding entrances and exits and submitting daily reports to the Lobby Manager.
- Monitoring designated areas via CCTV.
- Ensuring fire exit doors are unobstructed and safety equipment is in place.
- Performing all tasks in accordance with hotel standards and legal requirements.
