About the Role

We are establishing a new, German‑owned Tier 1 automotive component manufacturing facility in KAEC as part of a greenfield investment. We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Cost Controller.

This position is primarily intended for Saudi nationals in line with Saudization policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the controlling function for a greenfield automotive plant in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain cost controlling systems, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Support plant management with accurate financial analysis, KPIs, and business cases to drive decision‑making.
• Monitor and analyze production costs, material usage, and overhead to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with finance, HR, procurement, and operations to ensure proper cost allocation and reporting.
• Prepare regular management reports for local leadership and HQ, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the plant’s strategic planning and support investment controlling for new equipment and expansions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling/finance within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in greenfield or start‑up environments is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, hands‑on mentality, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
