BMS Engineer

BMS Engineer with Suitable Experience Region: Jeddah Note: Candidates with following experience shall apply. BMS Engineers: Requirements:

1. Experience: 4 to 5 years minimum specifically in BMS.
2. Idea about interaction with main contractor
3. Receiving of BOQ, assessment after site visit and understand scope

of work 4- Understand and clarify I/O list, Dedicated point schedule (DPS) 5- Estimation of 1st fix quantities + 2nd fix quantities and understand requirements of 3rd fix 6- Understand panel modification requirements when a new controller is added or points are integrated. 7- Understand whole concept of implementation of BMS systems 8- Understand how to oversea the whole project from start to end. How to plan ahead of time for next activity. 9- Deployment of manpower sensibly. Discovering ways to measure efficiency and modify the current to increase it.
