Marketing Specialist - Retail | Saudi Arabia

The Marketing Specialist  will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth within the retail industry. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing activities, supporting promotional initiatives, and monitoring market trends and customer behavior.

Key Accountabilities 

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with the company's objectives.
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments, branches, suppliers, agencies, and other external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Manage and support social media and digital marketing activities, including content planning and campaign coordination.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and communication materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and retail industry developments.
• Support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and according to brand guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the Retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of retail marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and basic marketing performance metrics is preferred
