Turnaround static planner

Title:

Responsible for the planning function of the all approved static equipment jobs included in the turnaround scope.

Make a site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work access needed lifting requirement insulation removal

Identify turnaround activities estimate resources durations establish precedences as the main input for the scheduling.

Identify needs of assisted access (scaffolding manlifter) insulation removal as preparative activities for the static equipment related works. Notify to the Scaffolding Planner

Identify flanged joints to be hotbolting during the preturnaround phase; prepare hotbolting plan

Prepare and identify the BOM

Can read the equipment drawing

Work closely with the contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan which will be a key factor for the sucess of the turnaound.

Prepare Work Instructions Lifting Plans for the static equipment works under turnaround scope.

Identify critical lifting operations tor require a comprehensive rigging study.

Assembly the Work Packages

Education: . or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 3 year experience in a turnaround planning role.

Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry

Experience in turnaround planning practices.

Planning and performance management.

Communication and interpersonal skills

Data analysis and report writing skills

Knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Power Point)

Proficient in Primavera Proficient in verbal and written English.
